四川大学华西医院吴昊星教授团队研发的一种新的 S-四嗪合成子 (Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 2019, 58, 1106),在四嗪的 1-位连接了亚甲基磷酸二乙酯,由于S-四嗪部分是一个拉电子基团,因而该化合物可在温和的条件下与带有醛基的分子发生 HWE 反应,从而成功的将 S-四嗪标记在小分子上,该类化合物可根据需求合成各种 S-四嗪标记的功能性小分子。
